To thrive during these challenging times, your parish may benefit from strengthening the skills of your leaders and taking a fresh look at your community’s needs and resources

Thriving in Ministry at CTU is pleased to offer a Parish Development Video Series designed to start new conversations about how your parish can grow and adapt to these changes. The series is suitable for parish staff, clergy, and volunteers to use over a two-year period in half-day workshops or weekly online sessions. The topics for the videos were determined through a nationwide survey of Catholic parish staff. Topics selected are:

  • Stress Management and Burnout Prevention
  • Paradigms of Pastoral Leadership
  • Supporting the Mental Health of Your Parishioners
  • Reimagining Parish Life
  • Making Faith Formation and Sacramental Prep Meaningful for Families
  • Thriving as a Multicultural Parish

You will find that each topic is presented in four videos by a minister with expertise in the field and experience working in a parish. Discussion questions and additional resources follow each video to spark reflection, dialogue, and application.
